pen pals

My pen pal Mandi and her husband Matt took a 41 hour train ride from Pittsburgh to Austin last week Wednesday and Thursday. Crazy! but so cool! The drove down to see us for a bit on Sunday. It was so great to catch up and see Mandi again...she was here in January of this year also and you can see a photo of us from then and read the story of how we met (crazy story) here.

We hadn't seen Matt since we first met him in January of 2005. So it was great to see him again. Naomi had him playing board games and hide n seek. He actually hid behind the couch in the front room like she asked him too (he had to move the couch to fit there though). It was so great to chat and catch up again...like no time has passed!

Thanks for making the drive to see us. We had a great time and hope that next time we see each other it can be for a little longer!
