Naomi got a "cool cookies" cookbook with cookie cutters
from grandma for her birthday.
She was ready to make cookies that very day.
But I was not.

We finally got around to making cookies on Saturday.

She was so excited to help.
So I set out all the ingredients and got ready.
She helped me measure and started to help with the mixing.

Then I had to wash my hands.
She decided that she needed to do the same.
So, I put her stool by the sink.
Then she decided that it would be more fun to play with the water than make cookies.
So, she made water cookies.
I asked her to come back and help me with the mixing.
She said no, she was busy making her own cookies.
That girl loves to play in the water.

Oh and "we" made oatmeal raisin cookies that also had chocolate chips in them!
They are DELICIOUS! but I'm sure the water cookies were too!
