Great job sticking to plan last week! Here's wishing you success again this week!
It's funny, last week was the first week in a couple of months that I planned the menus for the week. It's amazing what a difference it made. The only problem is I always forget an ingredient or two and have to rearrange things and go back to the store. But it's still better than eating out all the time.
