I actually stuck to my meal plan last week! High fives all around! I hope to again this week. Plus, I already have all the groceries! Just need to get some fresh fruit and veggies and we'll be totally set!! Here's my plan for the week!

Monday: Ham and Cheese Strata w/ fruit
Tuesday: Cheese Nip Chicken w/ veggies
Wednesday: Taco Meatloaf Patties w/ Mexican Mac and Cheese
Thursday: Honey Chicken over veggie rice
Friday: Sausage and Cheese Turnovers w/fruit
Saturday: Ground Beef Stroganof
Sunday: pizza and fruit

It's funny, last week was the first week in a couple of months that I planned the menus for the week. It's amazing what a difference it made. The only problem is I always forget an ingredient or two and have to rearrange things and go back to the store. But it's still better than eating out all the time.
