a little boy's birthday presents

We made Micah wait till Saturday to open his presents.
It just didn't seem right to celebrate too much on Good Friday.
He was so excited that the big stack of presents was just for him,
He got spoiled by his grandparents once again...
(and we love it).

There were a few presents on the table for Easter gifts,
and he kept grabbing them and trying to open them.
He just didn't understand why he couldn't open ALL the gifts.

Thanks everyone for the VERY generous gifts you gave
to our cute little man for his 2nd birthday...
he'll get lots of wear out of the clothes
and many miles out of the toys...
(as long as Naomi doesn't get to them first).I love this one, Naomi came down to help him,
and it's as if he's saying,
back off sissy, I can do it myself!Grammy taught the kiddos how to play checkers.

I think Naomi was sorta understanding the game by the end.
