happy?

Hope you all had a safe and fun Halloween.
But answer me this?
Why do we say "HAPPY" halloween?
Are ghosts and goblins,
mummys and monsters,
really HAPPY?
Just a thought to ponder.
Maybe we should say,
Haunted Halloween.
Not my kind of holiday if you ask me.

We prefer to focus on Reformation Day and
throw in a little trick-or-treating.
And maybe a little party here or there.

We went to a very FUN and HAPPY halloween party.
I will have LOTS of photos to show from the event.
But for now, here's a few of the kiddos.
Micah actually let us put the baseball on him.

He looked so cute!

The kids had a blast trick-or-treating,
Micah LOVED carrying around his bucket and lifting it for treats.
He cried when I tried to take it away from him.
He did get mistaken for an altar boy and a marshmallow though.
It was fun watching Naomi get so excited about it and try to figure out
what was really going on. She just went with the flow and chased
Jake and Sophia from house to house!
