So, you may be wondering how the whole homeschooling thing is going?
Well, to be honest it's sorta hit or miss right now.

Naomi does not always want to do what I have planned,
which is fine, I don't want to push her
(she's not even three yet).
And sometimes I'm just plain ol lazy.
I don't really want to call this homeschooling because I'd be putting a label
on something that really should be reserved for those amazing homeschooling families that actually do homeschooling.
I like to call it, "intentional play" and "intentional project time"
The three things that I am really working on with her are:

She has two Bible verses memorized (thanks to Hubbard's Cupboard and the song ideas)
and we're working on the third. She's slowly learning her numbers and letters. She knows "A" and "O" really well and we'll get there with the others. We're making the letters that Hubbard's Cupboard has in the curriculum but I'm also having her make the letters that Allison has on the No Time for Flash Cards site. That's a great site for kiddo projects, make sure you check it out if you haven't already. Even if you're not homeschooling, there are so many great projects on there, great for after school while you're cooking dinner or for a rainy day.
Here are her first three letters following the ideas from No Time for Flash Cards.
