christmas party

We attended our first Christmas party last night. It was for the youth small groups. I switch off with two other ladies to lead them for a month at a time. My next turn is in January! The party was a good time of socializing...playing Christmas Jeopardy (my team won) and decorate the snow person (my team won). We also had a GREAT devotion by Gayle and yummy food. It was so nice to be able to get together with all of them and have an evening out. Sarah played with Naomi so we didn't have to worry about her. She had a great time walking around the house and pointing at everything and pulling some things off shelves and just exploring. She's been doing great with Christmas Trees and hasn't pulled any ornaments off since we were in Austin. She just points and babbles. Here are some pictures from the evening. Naomi and I before we left, then me as a snow man (a big round one) and the youth that are part of the small groups...one family was not there so that would be two more kids!
