Today, Naomi and I did some finger painting...or painting on the baby, whichever you prefer to call it. She seemed to like the feeling of the paint on her fingers. And obviously painted more on herself than on the paper. I made a little blue bikini top for her and she had fun painting all over her tummy. It all cleaned up really well, the bathtub was colorful for a little bit too! (it's clean now, don't worry mom). I think the end result is pretty good. It is Naomi's finger prints but I helped her put them there. It was a new and fun experience for both of us.

baby finger paint pictures make great mats for pictures for grandma and grandpa. We gave them to mom and dad when Emily & Michael were little. They also look great framed. Just an idea. Both mom and dad and Doug's mom have them out still. Finger painting with a 9 year old and 7 year old is not as much fun as a 1 year old.
