We were asked by our friends to be godparents to their little girl and we are honored and excited to be just that for her. We take this responsibility very seriously. We wish we could have been there in person when her sins were washed away by the water and the Word but alas we were many miles from her. We hold her in our heart even though we cannot hold her in our arms just yet. We experienced the baptism by phone, which was a first for both of us but not entirely a new concept. Anyway, just wanted to share our excitment for this little lady and the new life she has in Christ!
