So last night Greg, Naomi and I went out to celebrate my birthday because Greg had a basketball game tonight and we couldn't have dinner tonight. We braved the cold and went to Romano's Macaroni Grill in Chesterfield. I had a great meal followed by a free birthday dessert. This dessert was amazing...and free. Look at the size of that FREE chocolate cake. Greg and I polished it off after having a great meal together and did I mention that the cake was free!? Naomi slept through most of dinner so it was great for Greg and I to be able to have an adult conversation. And look I only turned one this year! Or is the one candle symbolic of the year I added to my life?
The best gift I got was that Naomi slept through the night. She went to sleep at 8:30pm and slept till 7:30 this morning. What a nice gift for her to give me!Tonight after the basketball game we went to Applebee's with some friends. You can't beat half price appetizers and free birthday ice cream!
