Greg just got back (Tues. morning) from a weekend trip to Washington D.C. with the 8th graders from Immanuel. They had a great time and got to see lots of good stuff. I just wanted to share with you some of my favorite pictures that he took. 1) Mt. Vernon, where George and Martha Washington lived from 1754 till 1799 (when George passed away). 2) Washington National Catherdral 3) Washington Memorial 4) Lincoln Memorial 5) Changing of the guard at the tomb of the unknown soldier 6) The White House 7) The Capitol Building.
