Well actually it was me! Right here and right now! Just wanted to let you know that somewhere near the 9th of October, Greg and I are going to be parents. We couldn't be more excited. We went to the doctor this morning and got to see the very tiny 8 week old baby. It doesn't exactly look like a baby yet but you can tell that's what it's going to be. We are both doing great and just ask that you keep the little one in your prayers. There's a lot of growing that's gotta go on! So there, I let the cat out of the bag.
Our doctors office does all the ultrasounds with a 3D/4D machine, that is why the picture is so clear. The other one that we have just looks like a raisin in the middle of a corn field. So here are the stats. Our baby is 2 cms tall, weighs next to nothing and has a heartbeat around 171 or so. It was the coolest thing to see the little heart beating. Wow! What a blessing!
Yea! Congratulations to both of you! I know how excited you must be as you have waited a while for this time in your life! You and Greg will be awesome parents and I know your little one will be blessed! Yahoo!
Congrats to you two. It is awesome to see for the first time. We got to see #2 for the first time yesterday. Old Wives Tale: With a heartbeat that fast, it could be a girl. I know it doesn't matter what it is, that baby will be so loved by you.
