blue eyes and grilled cheese

The kids and I were playing outside yesterday and the light was great for some awesome photos of Micah's blue eyes. It's not always easy to actually capture how blue his eyes really are, but the light and his blue coat really made his blue eyes pop!

Greg made dinner for us last night. He got a recipe book for Christmas and decided to try one of the recipes out. He made roast beef with grilled onions and blue cheese butter grilled cheese sandwiches. They were very yummy!! He's making a grilled cheese dessert for tonight! I'll let you know how they turn out.
